Remote Assistance

At LAC Tech we use Teamviewer, RustDesk, and other software to remotely connect to your computer or mobile device for troubleshooting and maintenance. You can download the latest version for your device here:

• For PC and MacOS Users:
  - AnyDesk - Universal application for computers, phones and tablets.
  - RustDesk - An open-source privacy-focused solution for all platforms.

• For mobile devices:
  - AnyDesk - Go to the App Store on your device (Apple Store or Google Play Store) and search for “AnyDesk” - (two RED diamonds overlapping).
  - RustDesk - Go to the RustDesk Download repository and choose the version for your current device from the table in the upper section.
